1. What inspired you to join our team and what motivates you to work here?
MO: I was inspired by one of CONCORDIA’s “creeds”: “Saving a life, you save the entire world”. I feel the need to help, and the social cases I have encountered over the years make me want to help even more.
2. What motivates you to come to work every day?
MO: The achievements of young people from past generations are a good sign, so we know that “it is possible”, so I come to work motivated to offer hope to the current generation, as well as to the future ones.
3. Tell us about a moment that stayed in your heart from the time you worked here
MO: I love seeing the happiness in the children’s eyes when they receive the cake specially prepared for their birthdays.
4. If you could become someone else for a day, who would you become and why?
MO: I would like to become the fairy with the enchanted wand that will solve all the children’s problems, so that we no longer have orphaned, sick or hungry children.
5. Tell us something about yourself that few people know.
MO: I hate lies.
