1. What does Concordia mean to you?
D:For me, Concordia represents the place where I taught young people from my experience and I learned from young people, from their experience, what courage, joy, smile, the strength to overcome any obstacle means.
2. What is your favorite place on campus and why?
D: For me, the most pleasant place on campus is, of course, the kitchen.
3. What moments bring you satisfaction in working with the young people you guide at the kitchen workshop?
D: I have a passion for my work. It’s great to can try new things in the culinary field alongside young people. It brings me joy to see their happiness after they succeed. Ultimately, a chef’s satisfaction comes down to that.
4. What relaxes you after a tiring day?
D: At the end of a busy day, I enjoy relaxing on a sun lounger with our puppy or baking a delicious cake for my family.
5. Who is your favorite personality of all time and why?
D: Michael Jackson seems to me the man who wrote music history. I always listen to his music with great pleasure and teach my son to know it too.
6. If you had to give “Dana” one piece of advice, what would it be?
D: My advice to myself is to give myself more time to enjoy the beautiful things around me I sometimes lose sight of.
